Julsark Shelties and Rottweilers

Hi my name is Julie Fletcher and I live in Southeastern Connecticut. I breed for quality NOT quantity. Therefore I don't always have Sheltie puppies or Rottweiler puppies available but can recommend reputable breeders. I strive to produce dogs that are sound in mind and body. My dogs are house dogs NOT kennel dogs. Puppies are raised in the house with us. All breeding stock is FULLY health tested before any breedings. I've had Shelties for over 20 years. But it wasn't until April of 2001 that I started competing with them. I started competing in Obedience and loved it. I met someone who is now a very good friend in obedience class, Carolann Carignan of Mustang Rottweilers. She has always told me that I needed a "real" dog so in 2002 I bought my FIRST Rottweiler from her. He is the love of my life and I'm forever hooked on the breed. It was with him that I also dabbled in Conformation but unfortunately he was a "talker" so rather than him be excused I pulled him and concentrated on obedience with him. By now I was really hooked on conformation so I really wanted to get a show bitch Sheltie to show and to start my own breeding program. I have purchased a few dogs from Terri Rinaldi of Thunderridge Kennels so I contacted her when I was ready. In 2006 I brought home my FIRST show Sheltie, Raine who I couldn't be happier with. Then in 2007 I brought home my first show female Rottweiler, Victory from Carolann Carignan also. My dogs are my pets FIRST show dogs SECOND!!
